Design and planning for a boutique Indigo Hotel in two historically significant buildings on Capitol Square in Downtown Columbus. Project included nomination to the National Historic Register, obtaining Federal and State tax credits, and historic renovation, while creating a unique Columbus-inspired design signature in keeping with the Indigo flag. The buildings were subsequently purchased by a different developer who had a different end-use for them.
